Rocky III

I felt like Rocky in Rocky 3 my past couple of runs. Remember that scene where he and Apollo are running on the beach and then at the end they prance around , hugging and high-fiving in the ocean when Rocky beats Apollo in the footrace? Yeah, so I felt like that minus the speed, and quasi gay celebration. I basically felt like I was running in the sand. I ran on tuesday for the first time since Saturday - a nice chunk of rest, and then I ran today with Mike and that was pretty good. But both runs (tuesday in particular) felt rough. I am getting pretty anxious about the 25th and my 50K race. It is gonna be a rough one. Stay Classy
