It was a windy morning today! I did over 6 yesterday at work since a meeting got canceled. It was nice running at work again, it reminded me of running with my buddy Barry before he transferred units. Today I ran my 5er. It was pretty good, I fought going out the door like crazy, but Im glad I went. It is almost a month away from my 5oK. I am getting a little nervous about it all, and Im wondering if I will be able to do it.
