Easy Trotting

Did an easy 6.5 today with mike. It took just about an hour and felt really good. Mikes family recently blew up a local tri. It was pretty amazing. His twin daughters took first and second in their age group and his oldest daughter (by 2 minutes) got 7th overall women. Pretty awesome.

Tonight starts the BP fun run series, every thurs in aug. I am not gonna make it there tonight, but will do at least one before Aug ends. Hopefully I do better than I did last year.

Gotta jet off to Albany to take my motorcycle endorsement driving exam. Then I will be scooting legal.
