hills, glorious hills

Did hills with mike and a new guy today, it was good. we started doing 400's, did 2 of those, then did 2 800's. I was trying to hustle home to get some extra sleep and we did 1 200. I got home, showered up, etc... and crawled into bed and then the kiddo woke up! I got up with him and let Jess sleep in. Today is Ari's first birthday!! It will be a fun day with everyone.
