I ran a couple of laps at Bush with Mike today. I was having some crazy-craze heartburn at it was miserable. IT is still happening too... so, I am off to Freddies to get some pepto or something. Hopefully I will be back to 100% by the weekend and will be able to go for an hour or so...
Dr. Carl could run with mike and I this weekend and I really dont like this guy. He is a major D-bag. All this guy can talk about is triathlons, that is seriously It. Anyway, more to follow.
